Simple Healing Hand rituals
On top of a jar spell
Seal your jar (Healing Jar, Calm the Storm or Anxiety Relief Jar work well).
Set the hand candle on the lid, warming the base so it sticks.
Light it, speak your intention, and let the wax flow down over the jar to seal your work.
Burning it alone
Set the candle on a heat-safe dish and hold your intention, or a name, in mind.
Light it and picture the hand covering you, or the person you're praying for, with healing light.
Let it burn while you're nearby, or snuff it (don't blow) and relight it the next day.
